Terms of service
Effective date: 29 July 2026 Last updated: 29 July 2026
1. Overview
This website is operated by Mercury Investment, Commercial Registration Number 1182033, trading as Dahreez Store.
Throughout the website, the terms “Dahreez,” “Dahreez Store,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Mercury Investment.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of https://dahreez.com, including any purchase made through the website.
By visiting the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and the policies incorporated into them.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available under the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
2. Eligibility
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract.
Customers who are under the applicable legal age may use the Store only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to provide complete, current, and accurate account, billing, contact, and delivery information.
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account, except where such activity results from a breach of duty by Dahreez Store.
3. Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, ingredients, colours, sizes, prices, photographs, and availability information are accurate.
However, minor differences may occur because of:
Screen and device settings;
Product packaging updates;
Manufacturer changes;
Natural variation between products;
Photography and lighting conditions.
Coffee flavour notes and tasting descriptions are provided for guidance only and may be experienced differently by each customer.
Product availability may change without notice.
We may correct genuine typographical, inventory, description, or pricing errors before accepting an order. We will not substitute a product without the customer’s agreement.
4. Orders and Contract Formation
Submitting an order through the Store constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
An automated order confirmation confirms that we received the order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
A binding purchase contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of the order or dispatch the order, whichever occurs first.
We may reject or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:
Product unavailability;
An obvious pricing or product-information error;
Payment failure;
Suspected fraud or unauthorised activity;
Delivery limitations;
Incorrect customer information;
Breach of these Terms.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the amount paid will be returned using the original payment method, subject to the payment provider’s processing times.
5. Prices, Taxes and Charges
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are displayed in Omani Rial (OMR).
Displayed prices include applicable taxes unless the Store clearly states otherwise.
Delivery fees and any other applicable charges will be displayed during checkout before the customer confirms payment.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the order total before completing payment.
6. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to:
A specified validity period;
Minimum order values;
Product or collection exclusions;
Customer eligibility requirements;
Available stock;
Usage limits;
Geographic restrictions.
Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined with another offer unless expressly stated.
We reserve the right to cancel or correct a promotion affected by an obvious error, misuse, fraud, or unauthorised distribution, subject to applicable Omani law.
7. Gift Cards
Where available, Dahreez gift cards may be used toward eligible purchases through the Store.
Gift cards:
Cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law;
Must not be used for unlawful or fraudulent activity;
May be subject to conditions displayed when purchased;
Must be protected by the customer against loss or unauthorised use.
Dahreez is not responsible for the unauthorised use of a gift card where the unauthorised use was not caused by Dahreez.
8. Payment
Available payment methods will be displayed at checkout once the approved payment gateway has been configured.
Payment methods may include:
Eligible debit cards;
Eligible credit cards;
Supported digital wallets, including Apple Pay where available.
Payment availability may depend on the customer’s device, bank, card issuer, location, or payment provider.
By completing payment, you authorise the relevant payment provider to charge the total displayed at checkout.
Dahreez cannot guarantee that a bank, card issuer, or digital-wallet provider will approve a transaction.
Any currency conversion, bank, card, or wallet-provider charges imposed by a third party are the customer’s responsibility.
9. Shipping, Delivery and Store Pickup
At launch, Dahreez Store delivers only within the Sultanate of Oman.
Shipping charges, estimated delivery times, delivery-office collection, door-to-door delivery, and store-pickup conditions are governed by our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
International shipping is not currently available. International markets and shipping options may be introduced in the future.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery appointments unless expressly confirmed.
10. Returns, Replacements and Refunds
Returns, replacements, repairs, and refunds are governed by our Returns, Replacements and Refunds Policy.
Opened coffee, food, beverages, and other consumable products cannot be returned merely because of personal preference, taste, or change of mind.
This restriction does not apply where a product is defective, damaged, unsafe, incorrect, materially different from its description, or where a remedy is required under Omani law.
11. Reviews and User Content
Customers may be allowed to submit reviews, comments, photographs, or other content.
Submitted content must not:
Be false, misleading, defamatory, abusive, or unlawful;
Infringe another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights;
Contain malicious software or harmful links;
Promote fraud or unauthorised commercial activity;
Impersonate another person;
Include confidential payment or personal information.
We may moderate or remove content that breaches these requirements.
Submitting a review does not transfer ownership of the content to Dahreez, but you grant us permission to display and use it in connection with the Store and Dahreez marketing, subject to applicable law.
12. Acceptable Use
You must not:
Use the Store for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity;
Interfere with the Store’s security, systems, networks, or operation;
Attempt to obtain unauthorised access;
Upload viruses, malicious code, or harmful material;
Scrape or commercially exploit Store content without permission;
Submit false reviews or information;
Infringe the rights of Dahreez or another party.
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the Store, Dahreez, or third parties.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
The use of third-party services does not remove any mandatory responsibility that Dahreez owes to customers under applicable law.
15. Disclaimer and Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dahreez is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses or losses caused solely by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability arising from:
Fraud;
Wilful misconduct;
Gross negligence;
Death or personal injury where applicable;
Mandatory consumer remedies.
16. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
Dahreez is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events reasonably outside our control, including:

Road closures;
Government restrictions;
Public emergencies;
Network or internet failures;
Payment-system disruptions;
Delivery-provider interruptions;
Other force majeure events.
We will take reasonable steps to reduce the impact and communicate material delays where possible.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
Customers are encouraged to contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve any complaint promptly.
Nothing in these Terms restricts a customer’s right to contact the Consumer Protection Authority or submit a matter to a competent court in the Sultanate of Oman.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, operations, technology, or legal obligations.
The version displayed when an order is placed will normally govern that order.
